What color palettes are available?


We’ve curated a very special collection of color palettes and will use the best blooms of the season in line with the palette you choose. 


What if I want a ceiling installation or other ceremony feature?

We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day.

Can I pick-up my flowers from your studio?

Yes you can!  We will have everything securely boxed and ready to go with instructions on how to transport your flowers.  You may also have them delivered.  

Will you replicate an image I supply to you?


You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet. You and your partner have a unique story to tell and we feel so blessed to be part of your day. Leave it to us to make one bespoke for you!


When should I place my order?


We prefer a minimum of 28 days notice.  If you have less time than that, please call the shop at 616-888-0219 for availability. 


Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?


If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if
you contact us at least 30 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 30 days no refund will be given.


What if I want a formal consultation?


We don’t offer consultations with Wedding Packages. They’re designed to be very straight-forward for you to order so leave the details to us. Place your order online, select your color palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio. And deliver them to you on the day! Easy as that. 


When will my flowers be delivered?


We’ll connect with you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalize the delivery details, ensuring the timing suits your photographer’s requirements and the schedule for your day.

What if I want something not shown on the menu?


We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t listed on our menu, we don’t believe it’s worth your money.

Where do you deliver?


All across Greater Grand Rapids. We do not deliver to Holland, Kalamazoo, 

Saugatuck or Grand Haven. If your wedding is happening outside of our delivery area we will be happy to recommend a florist for you.

How do I pay?


Place your order online and you’ll have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal or you can pay by EFT. Payment in full is
required before your order is confirmed.
